I Have A Dream!

Join us at Gurney-Hydro Toastmasters Club's meeting this 19th August for a fun filled night. Our theme next week is - "I Have A Dream!"

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. had a Dream.... and he spoke with so much influence and passion about his Dream. So what is your Dream?

Chinese New Year Celebration

Awesome Chinese New Year joint celebration between Gurney Hydro Toastmasters Club and Farlim Toastmasters Club at Yella Fork @ Chow Thye Road.

Meeting started with everyone gathering and catching up, then good food and it got even better after we started the Toastmasters meeting with guest speaker sharing session by Ong Swee Keat and 2 prepared speeches.

The night got even better as we moved to the fun part of the evening - Table Topic Session. We had 12 table topic speakers all in one evening. 

We even gave out FREE meals to both of our Best Dressed Winners and Table Topic Winners.

Congratulations to Mervyn for winning the Best Table Topic of the evening! Whoo hoo.. dinner on the house.

Boy, it was a great evening bonding with one another coated with a lot of laughters together. A FUN evening together! I'll let the pictures do the talking..

Christmas is coming to Gurney Hydro Toastmasters Club earlier this year..

Jingle and Mingle with us this Wednesday (17 Dec 2014) at YMCA, Level 2 Love Room from 7.30pm onwards. We have a lot of exciting programs install for members and guests.

Admission is FREE. Do bring along a gift (Value RM 10 & above) for exchange or you can also purchase the gift from the club.

So you think you can DANCE????!!

Hello Again!!!
How many of you have watched the show called "So You Think You Can Dance"? Do you think you are able to dance better than the person who won in the show? If yes, then join us for our "So You Think You Can Dance" Speech Contest. It will be held at Gurney Beach Resort at 8pm sharp on the 28th of August. It will be one of the most exciting and memorable nights as you will be able to see who will "dance" better on stage with their "movements". Just come and dance with us!

Our next meeting is on the 21st of August 2013. Our theme will be a Hari Raya theme.So, please try to dress in your most awesome "baju raya" ya. We will be providing some snacks as well as some raya packets which is packed with SECRET..Wanna know the SECRET? Join us and find out about it. It will be an exciting night to remember. See You! :)
